Petra is no stranger to the Summer Work Travel program, but she said that her time as an Ambassador Scholar brought a new perspective to the program. Petra easily made friends in her community and was a joy to everyone around her. As a young woman passionate about physical health and community, Petra married both interests and inspired others to volunteer by leading by example.
