Summary:
The Enrollment Department is responsible for approving and enrolling Greenheart Exchange U.S.-bound cultural exchange visitors on the J-1 Secondary School, Summer Work Travel, Teacher, Intern and Trainee programs.

Greenheart Exchange is seeking individuals with previous work experience as a Regional Director.
The Regional Director position is a crucial leadership position within the High School Programs department by supervising a team of 20-50 Local Coordinators and working with them to place a minimum of 100 exchange students every year.
Greenheart is offering a competitive payment structure to our Local Coordinators with generous incentives for early placements, which helps with team building and retention.

The Employer Relations Manager supports the mission of Greenheart International by recruiting host organizations (U.S. seasonal businesses) for the Summer Work Travel Program, a BridgeUSA program overseen by the U.S. Department of State. This includes identifying and onboarding hosts, educating them about Greenheart’s placement services, and process, and supporting program participants. This position collaborates with others within the Work and Travel Department and with other departments to achieve enrollment goals and to provide quality experiences for program participants and U.S. hosts.

They should be motivated by sales goals, while staying within compliance perimeters and regulatory standards. They should be able to research various stakeholders and industries that participate in the Summer Work Travel program. In a fast-paced working environment, the ability to oversee multiple projects and deadlines is essential in this role. They should be outgoing, organized, and flexible with changing priorities. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and be able to relate to people of all backgrounds and beliefs.
