The 7th Annual Greenheart Gala: For the 7th Generation

Join us for the 7th Annual Greenheart Gala as we embrace this year’s theme “For the 7th Generation”.

Surrounded by the natural beauty of lush plants and spring flowers at the conservatory, you will enjoy in-season food, unlimited local beer and wine, KOVAL Distillery whiskey and gin, live music by the Guillermo Paolisso Trio, and an inspiring presentation commemorating our 2019 Global Leader Honoree, Chicago artist Arica Hilton.

You will also meet our international youth scholars, take an interactive journey of becoming a global leader and keeper of a thriving earth, and interact with local organizations offering resources for sustainable living in Chicago, including The Urban Canopy, loveren collections, and TreeSisters: women seeding change.

All proceeds support the Greenheart Odyssey, an award-winning program empowering youth to be community change-makers and keepers of an Earth that can thrive for the next seven generations and beyond. The Greenheart Odyssey allows under-served Chicago and international youth to experience a multi-year journey of growth that includes nature immersion, volunteering abroad, leadership courses, and community service projects, empowering them to be change-makers in the areas of our world that need it the most.
