Summary: The Host Relations Account Manager supports the mission of Greenheart International by recruiting premier placement opportunities and providing quality services, communication, and programming to Department of State’s BridgeUSA programs, specifically Summer Work Travel host organizations and supporting program participants. This sales-focused role is responsible for identifying and onboarding hosts, providing support throughout the lifecycle of an account and maintaining strong productive relationships with hosts. This role works closely with Greenheart’s internal teams to achieve enrollment goals and maintain quality standards.

This sales-focused role is responsible for identifying and onboarding hosts, educating them about Greenheart’s placement services, facilitating the placement process, and providing support throughout the life cycle of an account. This role is responsible for generating full-placed positions for the program, while maintaining strong, productive relationships with international partners to support recruitment. This role works closely with Greenheart’s internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration, to achieve full-placed program goals while providing quality experience for all stakeholders.

The Enrollment Department is responsible for approving and enrolling Greenheart Exchange U.S.-bound cultural exchange visitors on the J-1 Secondary School, Summer Work Travel, Teacher, Intern and Trainee programs.
