About this Role:
This role will be a Temporary Role with an approximate 4-5 month assignment (possibly longer) starting in December ’24. This would be an excellent position for someone who is starting their HR career and would like to get more Human Resources experience. We are looking for someone to primarily handle onboarding and recruitment during an employee’s parental leave.

Duties:
The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the HR Director to meet the goals and objectives of Greenheart. This position supports the following functional areas: onboarding, recruiting/talent acquisition, HRIS administration, HR communications, and employment law compliance.

Greenheart Exchange has J-1 (Bridge USA) designation by the U.S. Department of State to bring international high school students to the United States through our J-1 and Short Terms Programs, living with volunteer host families.
Summary:
The Placement Manager will work directly with the Field Support Director to ensure that all J-1 High School and STP participants are placed with fully vetted Host Families by reviewing placements for final approval, releasing placement-related compensation to Local Coordinators, communicating with international sending partners on placement-related matters, collaborating internally with other Greenheart departments, and working as needed with Field Support Team on recruitment of Local Coordinators and Host Families to ultimately place all students into high-quality, life-changing placements by the appropriate DOS deadlines.

Greenheart Exchange is seeking an individual with previous event planning and project managing experience as an Event Manager. The primary responsibilities of this position include project managing events across the organization, working closely with our event brokerage, building relationships with hotels and F&B options, keeping our planning on track and organizing the budget.
The Event Manager reports to the Vice President of Marketing and High School Programs and is responsible for planning and executing various domestic and international conferences and meetings hosted by Greenheart every year. Some of the event examples include Work & Travel Conference, High School Programs Conference, Grant & Field Leadership Conference, All Staff Meeting, host visitations, and more.

SUMMARY:
Greenheart’s Career Advancement Program (CAP), also known as the Intern/Trainee Program, provides international participants with transformative professional experiences. As a key member of the CAP department, this role plays a vital part in facilitating seamless placement processes and ensuring a positive program experience for Host Organizations, International Partners, and participants. The goal is to meet program objectives while optimizing the quality of CAP placements.
The primary responsibilities of this position include onboarding, vetting, and providing ongoing support to Host Organizations throughout the account lifecycle of Greenheart’s J-1 Intern and J-1 Trainee programs. This involves answering questions in a timely manner, assisting with the creation of DS-7002 Training/Internship Placement Plans, and ensuring all program requirements are met.
Additionally, the role involves maintaining strong, productive relationships with CAP International Partners, while working closely with Greenheart’s internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration across all CAP stakeholders.
